How to loose weight fast in 7 days

Why I am telling this/ who I am.

I am a married 28 years old women and have a son. Absolutely not, this was the reason of my weight gain.

I got my masculine appearance in my genes. My father and his family all are tall and my mother and her family all are bulky. So I become tall and bulky from my childhood. I never eat to much, I was an active kid. I never lose weight even if I don't eat, I exercise or become sick. 

I heard people saying they lose weight in fever or diehrea I was so devastated that I took pills so I get a lot of motions but nothing helped. 

I accepted what I am and I can never loose weight. I got married and during my pregnancy I gained more weight upto 100kgs. 


After delivery I breastfeed my child and I started loosing weight. I become so smart like I have dreamt off. But this happiness was temporary. ,😂

As soon I stopped breastfeeding my son I started gaining weight again. I joined gym but loose nothing. I was on 90 kg again . I lost hope again.


After 4 years I thought that is enough everything is possible if I could have loose weight when I was breastfeeding that means there is must a way. I researched, tried and now I am only 60kg with my height of 5.8inches.

What I did, I will tell everything so I can help as much hopeless people as I can.

Understand issues what makes you bulky:

First thing first it is very important to know the problem behind your weight gain. There are a lot let's see few of them

-Inhereted 
-Bad eating routine
-Bad sleeping routine
-Bad drinking routine
-All day sitting in office
-Asthma or any underlaying desease
-Taking painkillers
-Stress or anxiety

So, once you know your problem you can easily lesson that.

How to fight with your habits:

- If you are fat because your parents are doesn't mean you will remain same your whole life and then your kids will be same too. Make your mind to change for you and your kids. 

- Bad eating routine doesn't mean you need to stop eating or you can never treat yourself with junk.

-Bad drinking routine could be easily change. If you really want to work for you.

-Bad sleeping routine is when your are sleeping more then or less then 8 hours.

-Sitting all day in office, having lunch parties with colleagues and thinking to never do work out is killing your young soul.

- Ignoring any underlaying desease will put you in danger 

- Backpain? Pain killer, Headache? Pain killer, periods? Pain killer. You will not have temporary pains with pain killer but real picture is very painfull.

- I assure you even after loosing few pounds you will feel so alive, young and anxiety free.

How to lose weight:

Once you identify your issue let's see how you can reduce your weight.

Morning:

Good morning 🌞 take a pan add 1 cup water boil with half teaspoon cumin seeds half teaspoon fenugreek 1 small stick of cinnamon. Drink this while hot

15 minutes later 

1egg full or 2 egg whites + tea(you can add milk but no sugar)

Or

Oat porridge with fruits

Or 

Yogurt with fruits

3 hours later

Any fruit/nuts/raw vegetables

Afternoon:

1 slice of bran bread with whatever you cooked today for your family. It could be any curry, any Lenten, vegetable, meat. (You can take as much as you want but with 1 slice and make sure to take less oily part)

Night: 

Milk  + eggs 

or 

boiled or grilled chicken

or 

any soup

Or


Kebab/mashed potatoes

Now let's close the day with same cumin and fenugreek water we drank in the morning.

- Don't think what is for morning is only for morning you can eat that in any part of the day.

- Tea lovers can take half cup of tea 3 times during the day

- You can do 1 cheat day but make sure to drink you cumin drink after every cheat meal.

- Do little excercises like moving arms in circular motion, crunches for 5 minutes only.
